Austin, our Siberian Husky, has been going to Lindenhurst Animal Hospital since he was a puppy. The staff ay LAH is extremely caring, helpful, and passionate about their work. Austin, now 8 years old, recently tore his cruciate and meniscus. Dr. Preston and Matt (the best Vet Tech ever!) helped more than words can express. Austin is the love of our lives and Dr. P and Matt treat him as one of their own. They explained the options, made themselves available as needed, and were there in our time of need. We opted for surgery which was done 4 days after the injury. Now here's where their service becomes extraordinary...my wife and I had a 10th anniversary trip planned and would be gone for 2 weeks. We considered cancelling and losing thousands of dollars. However Matt and Dr P. refused to let us cancel. They said they would help Austin while we were gone. Our family would watch Austin while we were gone and Dr P and Matt would make frequent house calls to check on Austin. In fact they even used Facetime while checking on Austin so we could see the progress which helped put us at ease. They even performed laser therapy at our home. Matt even calls on his days off to check in. Dr P and Matt truly went above their duty and we are forever grateful. They are the best!
